Not all hydroxyapatite is equal. Clockwork uses Fluidinova's nHAP (Portugal) — the only nano-hydroxyapatite in the world approved as safe for oral care by the European SCCS (Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety). Our nHAp particles are rod-shaped, measuring 30–40nm in length and 5–10nm in width, with 95.8% of particles maintaining an aspect ratio under 3. This matters because rod-shaped particles are proven safe and effective for remineralisation — unlike needle-shaped nanoparticles, which the SCCS safety approval explicitly does not cover. With up to 10% concentration in our adult flavours and 5% in our Kids + Adults range, Clockwork fills microscopic enamel cracks, restore lost minerals, and strengthen teeth from within.
