All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST), unless stated otherwise.
We make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate. In the rare event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and process a full refund. You will be notified before cancellation.
Promotional codes and discounts are subject to terms displayed at the time of offer and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only on dispatch confirmation by email.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, or commercial exploitation — requires our prior written consent.

Clockwork products are cosmetic personal-care preparations classified under the Cosmetics Rules, 2020. Information on the Website is provided for general educational purposes only and does not constitute medical, dental or professional advice.

Clockwork’s total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any product purchased shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
Clockwork shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill or data.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clockwork, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government action, civil unrest, strikes, lockouts, transportation disruptions, or failure of utilities and telecommunications.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

Subject to Section 19, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim or proceeding arising out of these Terms.
Before initiating any legal action, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the dispute to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996:

The seat and venue shall be Gurugram, Haryana, India
The proceedings shall be conducted in English
The arbitral award shall be final and binding
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days, consistent with the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Clockwork regarding your use of the Website and supersede all prior understandings.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
