How the partnership works
Tell us about your clinic and pay a one-time onboarding fee of ₹199. We send you a Partner Kit — a personalised QR standee, sample HydroXy™ products, and patient education materials, designed to fit naturally in your reception area.
Place the standee where patients wait. There's no sales pitch and no script. Patients who are curious scan it on their own time. Your role is purely to make it available — never to direct or recommend a specific product.
For 30 days after a patient discovers Clockwork through your standee, any purchase they make on our store contributes to your partnership share. Your share is paid into your bank account on the 5th of every month. No invoicing, no inventory, no follow-up.

Every partner begins at the same level. As the brand grows alongside your clinic's contribution, your standing — and your share — grows with it. Progression is automatic, transparent, and always forward.
Levels move forward only — once recognised, your share never decreases. Elite Partners are personally invited by the Clockwork team based on overall engagement, not adoption volume alone.

Common questions
The ₹199 covers the printed personalised QR standee (produced per clinic), the sample HydroXy™ products, printed one-pagers and patient flyers for your reception, and shipping to anywhere in India. It is priced at cost — Clockwork makes no margin on the kit itself.
Your monthly partnership share is sent on the 5th of every month, via NEFT or IMPS, to the bank account you add in your secure partner portal. Minimum payout threshold is ₹500 — anything below rolls forward to the next month. You receive an email confirmation each time a payout is sent.
Yes. Bank details are never entered on this page or stored in our order system. After your onboarding is complete, you receive a secure login to our encrypted partner portal where bank information is added directly. Only you can view or edit it.
When a patient scans your standee QR, an attribution cookie is placed in their browser for 30 days. Any purchase they make on clockworkrituals.com within that window is attributed to your clinic. You also receive a backup access code for the rare cases where a patient's browser does not retain cookies.
If a patient returns a Clockwork order that was attributed to your clinic, the corresponding share is automatically reversed in our system. If we have already paid you for it, the amount is reconciled in your next payout. No manual work on your side.
If you have a GSTIN, we request a simple monthly invoice to process your share cleanly under B2B GST rules. If you do not have a GSTIN, we manage tax compliance on our side and pay you net of TDS. Both arrangements are fine.
Every partner starts at Partner level. Your level moves forward automatically as your attributed patient adoption crosses ₹25,000 (Premier) and ₹75,000 (Signature). Levels apply to all activity going forward; previously settled shares are not recalculated. Your live progress and distance to the next level is always visible in your partner dashboard.
Elite Partner is our invite-only level for clinics doing exceptional work alongside us. It comes with custom partnership terms (typically 30%+ share), co-branded patient education materials, priority operational support, and first access to new products before public launch. Elite Partners are selected personally by our team based on overall engagement, not adoption volume alone.
The Clockwork Partner Program is structured as a passive partnership: clinics receive a kit and a placement standee, and patients independently choose to scan and purchase. No dentist is asked or expected to recommend Clockwork to any specific patient as part of clinical advice. That said, regulations and state council rules vary across India — every applicant is asked to independently verify that participation aligns with their State Dental Council's guidance before joining. Clockwork is not liable for individual professional compliance.
Yes — write to us any time and we will close your account and process any remaining share owed to you. Partnership terms may be updated by us with thirty days' written notice; any share already accrued remains yours.
Clockwork is committed to ethical engagement with the dental community. Our Partner Program does not reward dentists for prescribing or directing patients toward our products. Partners place a passive standee in their waiting area; patients choose, independently, whether to engage with it.
Partner clinics may be required to disclose this commercial arrangement to their patients in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, ASCI guidelines, and applicable State Dental Council rules. By joining, you confirm that you will comply with these disclosure obligations and that your participation is permitted by the regulatory body governing your practice.
