2. Manufacturing and product classification

The products sold under the Clockwork and HydroXy™ brands are intended and marketed as cosmetic personal-care preparations under Indian law. They are manufactured at:

Manufacturing transition. Existing inventory in the market has been produced at our partner’s GMP-certified facility under licence AUS-277. As part of our operational alignment with the products’ positioning and intended use, new production batches are being transitioned to a dedicated cosmetic manufacturing licence. Both licensing regimes apply rigorous quality and safety controls. This Legal Notice will be updated to reflect the new licence number once new-batch inventory enters the market.

Clockwork Rituals Pvt. Ltd. acts as the marketer of these products. Each product label discloses the manufacturer, marketer, manufacturing licence, MRP, net quantity, batch information, manufacturing date, and best-before date in accordance with the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011 and other applicable Indian labelling rules.

The marks Clockwork and HydroXy (with or without the ™ or ® symbol) are trademarks of Clockwork Rituals Pvt. Ltd. All other trademarks displayed on the Website (including but not limited to ingredient brand names referenced in our formulations) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

All content on the Website — including text, images, logos, illustrations, photography, video, layout, and design elements — is the original work of Clockwork Rituals Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

Clockwork products are intended and marketed as cosmetic personal-care preparations under Indian law. They are not advertised, marketed, sold, prescribed, or recommended as drugs, medical devices, or therapeutic products under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 or any other applicable legislation.

Statements about ingredients on the Website are based on publicly available scientific literature (including peer-reviewed studies on nano-hydroxyapatite and xylitol in oral care). These statements describe what the ingredient is known for in scientific literature and do not constitute claims that the product treats, prevents, cures, or diagnoses any disease or condition. Use of our products is not a substitute for professional dental advice, examination, or treatment.

Clockwork does not advertise any product as a cure, prevention, or treatment for any disease or condition listed in the Schedule to the said Act. 6. Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Clockwork Rituals Pvt. Ltd. is a “seller” within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and complies with the Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020.
